Passion
Mike was invested from the get-go. He was always as excited as we were about the big day.
Organization
He was open to coordinating with us from abroad (in the US). We had several conversations with him prior to arriving in St Lucia for our wedding and he was very attentive to our ideas.
Network / Resources
He had great recommendations for local wedding vendors and got us fresh local flowers at a bargain. He also had great suggestions for stylists and makeup artists which we ended up using.
Taste / Style / Imagination
The corsages and bouquets were all put together by Mike and they all looked amazing. He gave great suggestions on how to execute the style/theme that we wanted for our wedding.
Attention to Detail
All of our guests remarked on how well coordinated and beautiful the wedding was – from the lovely ceremony on the lawn to the reception. Mike took point on the decor – he decorated the cake, the reception room, and more. It all looked phenomenal and allowed us to get some gorgeous pictures.
Time Management
He ensured that the bride had a trial run with the make up and hair stylists, which turned out to be a great suggestion.
People Skills
Mike collaborated with our photographer, the videographer, hotel staff and the stylists extremely well. They all delivered what they promised, and they had smiles on their faces the entire time, which made us feel like they had it under control and helped lower our anxiety.
Flexibility / Contingencies
For a few hours on our wedding day, it started to rain, but Mike was there to help with umbrellas, hair, and makeup and ensured that the rain didn’t ruin our pictures. We forgot to order a backdrop for our wedding party table, but Mike saved the day with a backdrop he procured and ironed himself. Other decorations that we ordered never arrived, but Mike found other innovative ways to compensate. We don’t know what we would have done without him!
